Start with an area of the customer journey that you want to focus on. Interview a handful of experts on that part of the customer journey. As they talk, each person in the group individually adds problems they identify to the table below. To remove bias, keep the “show everyone’s ideas box unchecked until the expert interviews are finished. Check the box to show everyone’s answers and discuss. Everyone votes on their favorite ideas, then the decision maker chooses a problem to focus on during the sprint ⏲️ Time left:
