Property inspection and discussion with the seller
Listing Agreement Sent
Seller needs to e-sign the agreement
Listing Agreement Signed
Seller's property will be visible under Homes for Sale and a deal will be created.
Does Not Qualify
Does not meet our seller criteria
Did Not Agree To Terms
Seller is not happy with our terms of engagement; usually our commission
Not Selling Anymore
Seller has put the sale on hold or cancelled it
Found A Buyer
Seller has found a buyer elsewhere or through another agent
Not Interested
Seller is simply not interested; no reason specified
