About this pattern
As any team grows, it can be helpful to know who’s joined in the last few weeks. We introduce Codans in a number of waysーincluding welcoming them on their first day, encouraging them to present a personal intro with their background and working styles after a few weeks, and giving a quick intro at our regular board meetings. Even still, sometimes you just want a place to go to quickly put a name to a face and learn more about your teammates.
