Stacked Draft Calibration

Collectively draft employees from pre-sorted groups
Another form of multi-level calibration (similar to ), but is done using a draft stacking approach instead. Similar to how sports leagues incoming athletes, this process progressively selects employees from the available pool one-by-one.

Process

Decide on a question to stack based on - for example "who would we hire first if we were starting the team from scratch?"
Find a useful grouping for the employees (e.g. by manager, level, etc). You may even want each manager to pre-rank their list by dragging them up and down.
Then have a discussion about the visible employees and decide which one to nominate to be "next to add to the team" and click "Add to Draft Board". If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can "Remove from Draft Board" as well.
Once everyone is drafted, go through and decide on the lines for final ratings (e.g. everyone above draft order N gets
@4: Strong
, etc)
To get started, click:
Clear Draft
.
Also if there are any gaps in the draft order, this button will clear them out:
